Energy Fitness designed a 8 week boot camp challenge for our office, this was exactly what I needed to take my staff from exhausted to exhilarated! To begin the challenge, each of us got a full fitness evaluation, complete with starting measurements and diet plan. Divided us into four groups, each choosing a specific time twice a week to work out with them. If you think group training isn’t rigorous, think again! We left the gym each day definitely feeling the burn, but ready for more! In addition to the biweekly workouts with the trainers, we also came back on our own once or twice a week as well. This was a real motivator back at the office, with everyone encouraging each other to “hit the gym” at lunch each day. The challenge brought out the competitor in all of us, and soon the results began to show. By the end of eight weeks, each one of us had reached a goal we had set for ourselves! The payoff was enormous. My staff has more energy at work, they come in well rested, and we have all formed new bonds and friendships as well as a newfound respect for each other that we never had before. The people at Energy Fitness were so awesome, and our experience was spectacular. I highly recommend giving the Office Fitness Challenge a try in your workplace. It made a huge difference for us. Thanks Energy Fitness!
