Get Energized! If you need that extra boost of motivation and excitement in your workouts then group exercise classes are for you. At Energy Fitness we offer a wide array of classes for everyone from beginner to extremely advanced. Also, we offer different types of classes to satisfy any goals, whether it is a high intensity strength workout, a workout designed to tighten your core, or even a fun dance-cardio mix. Please refer to our group exercise schedule to find the classes and times that fit your life and workouts. If you are curious what class will be a good fit for you, just ask one of our staff to point you in the right direction.

    Class Descriptions:

  • AM Cycle – Eyes open and legs pumping with this morning jumpstart on the bikes**
  • AMP Circuit – A HIGH INTENSITY fast-paced workout focusing on strength training and toning. If you are ready to push your body and take your workout to the next level this class is for you****
  • Body Sculpt – A body weight resistance approach to slimming, toning and strengthening***
  • Core Fusion Pilates – Power up from your traditional Pilates workout with more advanced movements*
  • Kickboxing – Keep your heart pumping, your cardio kicking, and take out your aggression on our punching bags with this fun and physical workout.**
  • Kickboxing TURBO – An express 30 minute blend of Tae Bo and punching bags… Bring an extra towel!***
  • Perfect Abs - Tired of doing crunches with no result? Target ALL areas of the abs to perfection in only 30 minutes**
  • Spin 2 Win – If you have your race legs on then this is the class for you. An athletic spin class to train you to the front of the pack***
  • Spin Fit- This class is designed for fitness on bikes. Keeping your heart rate up, waistline down and a SMILE on your face… make spinning FUN***
  • Spin-tastic- A non-stop cardio work out on pedals. Spin-tastic is your ticket to body-tastic**
  • Tough & Tone - Bootcamp-style strength, conditioning and agility class. Cardio and conditioning pace is designed to inspire and progress those at any level, while developing and advancing the serious athlete in us all. **
  • Yoga- Open your body and mind with work on flexibility balance and static strength***
